We are looking urgently for a team secretary to work for our prestigious client, a west end based advertising agency, on a permanent basis. The main purpose of this role is to provide an efficient secretarial and administrative service to a director and his team.
Main day to day duties will include:
-Diaries, meetings and travel
-Typing letters and documents
-Answering phones, composing faxes and emails
-Powerpoint presentations
-Weekly and monthly reports
-Agendas
-All ad hoc administration duties as requested
We are looking for a minimum of 2 years secretarial experience, excellent communication and organisational skills and the ability to work well under pressure. A typing speed of 55wpm+ and a good working knowledge of word, excel and powerpoint are essential, minute taking or speed writing would be a bonus.
